#OneWord2019 #OneWordEDU

I started with #OneWord instead of resolutions in 2016.    My words have been carefully crafted, posted in my office and have guided my work

This year, I’ve chosen the word experience. It’s really a two part word for me.

Stop, take time and enjoy the experiences.  Focus on experiences not things.  I think this is so important and want to bring it into focus as we move into a new year.

Secondly, how can we craft experiences for the learners we work with? These experiences must provide opportunities for learning that are different than we’ve seen before.  Each group of learners (adults and students) differs in their needs and we must listen as we plan.
